Heart Attack: The #1 Killer
Many heart attacks can be prevented, learn to reduce the risk:
- Quit smoking
- Exercise regularly
- Eat properly
- Reduce stress
- Have your blood pressure checked regularly
Symptoms - watch for these signs:
